Spring is well and truly here now and with the sun beating through my office window I was wondering how great it would be to have an internet usage / weather report function!

Ideally it would enable you to see internet behavior when it is sunny, rainy, windy or snowing as well as having a temperature related variable. It would need to be geo targeted to provide more logical and consistent information but it would prove very handy if you could predict traffic related to a colder period for example (particularly for retail websites.)

I have tried to find such a thing but my search has been fruitless so if anyone out there has an idea feel free to explore the possibilities (and if there is nothing at all maybe Google should start investigating!)
