MSN Search under the hood

Sunday, 20 November 2005

64bit neural networks and all that good stuff. It’s not the most recent news on the planet but finally I found some time to watch the Channel9 interview with Andy Edmonds, lead program manager, and Erik Selberg two of the geeks who work on making MSN Search better. They talk about how the engine works, and what they're doing to beat the competition. They have a pretty level headed approach, so lets see if any of the ideas they are working on to catch up pay off.
