Mike Taylor has added an option for recruiters to post audio files to his Jobs in Search website. I've never seen this before, but from my own experience of trying to recruit well for our own search teams I reckon it will help both recruiters and candidates.

If anything it will also make interesting listening just to get an insight into other peoples companies ;-)
