Turning up the heat in a retaliatory effort against Redmonds suit over the implied poaching of Dr Kai Fu-Lee, Google has now sued Microsoft claiming 'intimidation'.

Google is claiming that Microsofts original suit against it is illegal because it is "clearly an illegal restraint of trade" under California Law. Googles attorney said "Microsoft is focused on litigation and intimidation".
