Overture Rebrands as Yahoo! Search Marketing - or does it?

Today we can see that Overture has 'officially' become Yahoo! Search Marketing. At least that's the impression given when logging into the DTC.
However, it seems the DTC is split! If your DTC encompasses both US & UK campaigns, all of the US details will be branded Yahoo! Search Marketing, and all UK details are still Overture. No great difference in either apart from layout, colour and branding. Hopefully, both will be synchronized soon.
They are also insisting that you agree to having your information shared over the entire Yahoo! network - otherwise you will not be able to access your account in 90 days time.
